Sport Fishing - Los Cabos has been considered the "Marlin Capital of the World" for years and is one of the premier sport fishing destinations in the world. Golf - As Los Cabos has gradually become more a playground for the well-heeled, so has it has become one hottest golf destinations in the world. Dining and Night Life - When the cool of evening arrives, both San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas come alive. Numerous fine dining can be had in both locales, along with live music, art galleries or just the simple pleasure of strolling the town and visiting the 'zocalo', the traditional Mexican town square where the locals gather to socialize.Water Sports - For the diving aficionados, the Sea of Cortez abounds with coral reefs, underwater canyons, and old shipwrecks that can be explored by snorkeling or scuba diving. A bustling commercial center, it has a vibrant and historic 'centro' and the beautiful Malecón, a long walkway fronting the bay that strolling and socializing and great place for catching the 330 perfect yearly sunsets for which La Paz is famous. Cabo Pulmo, located on the East Cape, is the site of North America's northern most coral reef. Pristine beaches await for those willing to travel the last 16 miles of washboard road. Miraflores, about 5 miles from Santiago and 35 miles from San Jose del Cabo, is another quaint Baja coastal village.
Shopping - The Los Cabos area supports numerous local artisans, both native and international, and you can discover the areas finest handicrafts, silver, original art, antiques and clothing in both San Jose del Cabo and Todos Santos.
